About Jacob:

Originally from Centerville, Utah, Jake grew up as the youngest of three brothers. He discovered his passion for the medical field while attending the University of Utah, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Sport Science with an emphasis in Exercise Physiology.

In 2018 he graduated from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions (RMUoHP) in Provo, Utah with his Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree, then later completed an academic residency there in 2020. From an early age he has enjoyed teaching others as well as continually learning and growing, and loves that he finds opportunities for both in pediatrics! He has always had a passion for helping kids live healthy lives and enjoys seeing them for their well child checks and sports physicals, and has a particular passion for procedural visits, including urgent care needs and sports related injuries.

Jacob is an avid soccer player, snowboarding enthusiast, Harry Potter wizard, racket sports dabbler, U of U football/Utah Jazz/RSL fan, boy band member, and musical theatre performer! Jake is a kid at heart and loves encouraging young minds to create healthy habits, mindsets, and lifestyles.
