Brooke Worthington, LCSW

Whether hiking in the mountains, riding dirt bikes through the west desert, or simply enjoying the changing seasons, Brooke finds peace and joy in being outdoors. A true adventurer at heart, she dreams of traveling across the U.S. by train and exploring new places around the world, especially Europe. But if she had to choose just one country to visit, it would be Ireland.

Brooke’s favorite food is Pad Thai, and while she claims the best dish she makes at home is cereal and milk, her warmth and humor make every interaction feel like home. She finds joy in helping children and families grow through connection, trust, and resilience. She loves working with a diverse group of people and feels inspired by watching their progress as they put in the hard work required for healing and growth.

Specializing in Internal Family Systems, Brooke values this modality for its ability to restore trust in ourselves. She also integrates Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Polyvagal Theory into her practice. Brooke’s especially passionate about helping others understand how emotions manifest in the body and guiding them in developing healthy regulation skills.
