About Michael:

Dr. Husseman grew up in the Seattle area but has now lived in Utah for more than thirty years. He attended Whitman College, majoring in Biology and minoring in Spanish. He went to the University of Washington for medical school and did his pediatric residency at Primary Children’s Hospital. He enjoys seeing all kinds of pediatric patients. Dr. Husseman lives in Layton with his wife and assorted cats and dogs. In his spare time he enjoys live music, sports, hiking, playing pickleball with his wife and traveling to visit their grown daughters.

I love Wee Care Pediatrics. I never have to wait long to get an appointment or in the waiting room when I go for an appointment. My kids have been going to Rod Maxwell, PA for years and he is so kind, thorough, and really listens. My kids love him as much as I do. As a working mom that works weird shifts, I love that they are open 24/7, even on holidays to meet my needs for unexpected kid sickness. Even when I’ve seen other providers here, they have all been great and take the time to explain things clearly.
