We love working with Dr Sigg. He is knowledgeable and listens well. Connects well with the kids. Nursing and desk staff are friendly and helpful.

Dr. Mike Burton was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah. After obtaining a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Child Development at the University of Utah, he continued his education at Touro University Nevada College of Osteopathic Medicine. After completing his pediatric residency in Omaha, Nebraska, he returned home to Utah to join Wee Care.
While Dr. Burton enjoys all aspects of general pediatrics, he particularly loves caring for babies and helping new parents navigate life with children. He is also adept in behavioral health (ADHD, Depression, and Anxiety) and in caring for children with developmental delays. Dr. Burton met his wife when they played soccer together at age 5. They quickly became lifelong friends and eventually were married. Now, they have three fantastic kids!
Dr. Burton is an avid college football fan (Go Utes!) and a Major League Baseball fan (Go Dodgers!). He likes to unwind by reading and listening to audiobooks (especially Harry Potter). Dr. Burton learned Portuguese while serving a mission in Brazil but has since learned Spanish and enjoys seeing Spanish-speaking patients.
